Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Processing Times
All items are handmade and processed in the order they are received. Typical processing times are:
- Ready-to-ship items: 3–7 business days
- Custom items: 5–14 business days
- Large custom or business orders: Additional time may be required
Processing times may vary during holidays, events, or periods of high order volume.
Tracking Information
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our control. Smokin’ Arts, LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
- Stolen packages
- Carrier mishandling or damage
If an issue arises after shipment, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Local Pickup Option
Local pickup is offered for customers in the Broken Arrow and Tulsa, Oklahoma areas. Pickup locations and times will be arranged through direct communication.
Orders not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item arrives with visible carrier damage, please document the condition of the package and its contents immediately and file a claim with the shipping carrier. We may assist with information needed for the claim but cannot issue refunds or replacements for carrier-caused damage.
Holiday & High-Volume Shipping
During peak seasons (such as November–December), carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.
