All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Each item is handcrafted or hand-finished and may contain natural variations in color, texture, print placement, or design. These variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Custom Orders

Custom items are created based on the details, images, and specifications provided by the customer. We are not responsible for:

  • Typos or incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Low-quality or low-resolution images provided
  • Wrong sizes, colors, or design selections made at checkout
  • Any design choices approved by the customer before production

Once a custom design, proof, or mockup is approved (if provided), no changes can be made.

Large Custom or Business Orders

Bulk or business orders may require:

  • A non-refundable deposit
  • A separate written agreement or invoice terms
  • Extended production timelines

These terms will be clearly communicated to the customer prior to production.

Damaged or Defective Items

While all sales are final, we will review cases where an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (not caused by shipping carriers, misuse, or customer handling).

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect

We will determine whether a replacement or resolution is appropriate.

Shipping Issues

Once a package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
  • Carrier damage or mishandling

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup orders must be collected at the agreed time and location. Items not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned with no refund provided.
